What is the issue encountered?
When you're checking for available updates on the CopperCart Update website with an OverRender software, the software you're using is not recognized by the website, even if an update is available (via Automatic Updates for example).
How can I fix it?
This issue is due to the missing CopperCart Update library in the CULib folder (AppData). To fix this issue, you'll need Java, and you'll also need to apply the Q663548OVS.exe patch (available in the Downloads section of this page). Once the patch is installed, restart any OverRender software you have opened. This should fix the problem. If this solution does not work, reinstall OverRender OverSuite.
